Delta Health System Welcomes New Director

Scott Christensen, Delta Health System Chief Executive Officer, announced and welcomed Chad Neal as Direcotr of Health Equity Initiatives. Chad has been employed iwth Delta Health System for over six years as the Program Director for Crossroads Clinic North.
"Promoting from within is one of our strategic plan pilars and Chad has displayed superior leadership and managerial qualities along with the compassion for service," said Christensen. "We are poroud to have Chad spearhead the latest System initiative of expanding healthcare throuhgout the region. As Director of Health Equity Initiatives, Chad's role will include engaging rural leaders to ensure their communities are receiving an opportunity to be healthy."

Chad is a graduate of Alcorn State University where he received degrees in both a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and a Master of Science in Biology. He as worked in healthcare management for over 12 years and has experience in both private and public sector roles. Chad and his wife reside in Greenville and have three children.
"Delta Health System continues to research new and innovative programs to engage communities and address healthcare barriers," said Iris Stacker, Vice-President of Compliance & Support Services. "Chad's experience makes him the obvious choice to lead the way to remove obstacles in the healthcare arena. This includes his new role of spearheading the recently awarded Literacy Grant."
