The Medical Center Announces New Leadership Additions

Delta Health System-The Medical Center continues to grow and cultivate leadership and managerial positions. Iris Stacker, Chief Executive Officer, announced the hiring of a new materials management director, Jonathan Smith, and the promotion of Quintarius Betts to Environmental Services Manager.
Amy Walker, Chief Nursing/Clinical Officer, announced the promotion of Mary Claire Glasco, RN, to the position of Director of Inpatient Nursing. Mary Claire currently serves as Director of Infection Prevention and will also retain that role.
“Our goal is hire and promote the best talent to work within Delta Health System facilities. The Medical Center is the premier healthcare provider in the region, and we are fortunate to hire Jonathan and promote Mary Claire and Quintarius. Their exceptional skill sets will benefit our patients, physicians, and staff,” said Stacker. “I am proud to have three of these leaders on our team.”

Mary Claire and Quintarius exemplify these qualifications and are always ready and willing to not only do the job at hand but anything that is asked of them, and they do it with the upmost professionalism,” said Walker. “Adding Jonathan is another vital piece to our success.”
Mary Claire has been employed at The Medical Center for 11 years and brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Mary Claire was instrumental in navigating Delta Health System through the COVID-19 pandemic as the Clinical Director of Infection Control.
Jonathan has been employed at the hospital since March 2023 and has brought his fifteen years of experience leading healthcare organizations to The Medical Center. He has brought innovative and efficient practices to the hospital in his short tenure.
Quintarius has been working at The Medical Center since he was 22 years old and has worked in various areas of environmental services. His knowledge of not only the
hospital but his relationship with his staff and peers makes him essential to the hospital system.
