The Medical Center Welcome Chief Nursing Officer

Iris Stacker, Delta Health System Chief Executive Officer, announced to the staff of Delta Health System that Kiyo Holmes, CFNP, would be joining The Medical Center team as Chief Nursing Officer.
Kiyo received her Master of Science Degree in Nursing, Family Practitioner from Delta State University. Prior to attending Delta State, she earned her B.S. Degrees in Nursing and Biology from Alcorn State University.
“On behalf of Delta Health System, I would like to welcome Kiyo to The Medical Center. Kiyo is bringing a wealth of experience to the role of Chief Nursing Officer with over 18 years of nursing experience. As a native of Greenville, Kiyo understands the complexities of the Delta community and health issues of our patients. We are excited to work with Kiyo on our leadership team to expand our services while providing compassionate and quality care to our patients,” said Stacker.
Kiyo will help oversee a team of more than 250 dedicated nurses and clinical staff at The Medical Center. Her extensive background in nursing and administrative experience complements the strategic vision of The Medical Center in continuing to provide the highest quality of care and ensuring that The Medical Center remains a leading hospital in the Mississippi Delta.
“Kiyo’s current and past nursing leadership roles as well as her vision for the future of The Medical Center are key to her position. Her strategic ideas with nurse recruitment and retention will be vital to the success of our hospital,” added Stacker. “I feel she is the right person to position our hospital in a positive direction.”
