Hometown Outreach

Three local organizations have formed a partnership to address health disparities and food insecurities related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Through the Hometown Outreach project, Delta Health - The Medical Center, Community Foundation of Washington County and the Delta Hub for Volunteers & Nonprofits, have developed a grass-roots plan to reach out to local communities. Events have been held in Arcola and Metcalfe, Mississippi. Other locations to follow: Glen Allan, Leland, Avon and Hollandale.
